During Open Farm Days, you'll meet the farmers and learn about their lifestyle. At Bio Eleonas Aggelakis in Sitia, they grow their crops without chemicals and prioritize love, respect, and protection of the environment. They take pride in their products and are excited to share them with you!

🌿🍅🍊🍏 Their farm produces handmade extra virgin olive oil from a controlled organic farm. It is produced using traditional methods, with granite stone mills and hydraulic presses, resulting in one of the highest quality grades of olive oil from first cold pressing. The management of their olive trees has been purely biological since 1991. 🌳🌻 They are also members of the local quality agreement of Sitia UNESCO Global Geopark.

🐴🌳 You'll see firsthand how they cultivate their land and produce high-quality products that reflect their values. They hope to inspire you to consider what you really need to live and how much nature can offer us, as well as how much attention and respect it needs from us. They also invite you to meet their horses and learn about their role on the farm.
